    • Members would understand the unique opportunity God has given Colonial to reach the whole world for Christ and their role as missionaries in that effort

    • Members will enthusiastically embrace the vision and engage other believers to pray for the fulfillment of the vision

    • Members would respond with a heightened sense of commitment to serve

    • God will provide the budget resources sufficient to keep the Vision moving forward at a rate consistent with God’s timing.

    • The work of staff and ministry reflect a standard of excellence that points to God’s Glory

    • Through personal times of prayer and meditation on God’s Words, members will seek to grow deeper in their intimacy with God
    2. Building our “Brand”
    • Make it easier for members to describe the uniqueness of Colonial and why we are here, e.g., “At Colonial we are building our congregation into missionaries who will spread the message of salvation around the world’
    • Create a “brand” for Colonial that is consistently used by all ministries and easily recognized by the public
    3. Building our “Base”
    • Rally our members around the Vision and equip ministry leaders to serve effectively
    4. Building our “Budget”
